Shisha is one of only a small number of Manchester based arts organisations to have been accepted on to the Big Arts Give. This is good news and we have worked to get into a good position but the really hard part begins now!
What is The Big Arts Give?
The Big Arts Give is a new challenge fund to help arts organisations - basically for every £1 you donate to Shisha via the Big Give Website – we will receive a £1 match. Your donation will literally be worth twice as much!
The online challenge will open on The Big Give website on Monday 6 DECEMBER 2010
Your support will help us to deliver the Asia Triennial Manchester in 2011, and ensure that we are able to work with artists during the festival to establish a major community programme and engage with communities across the North West.
Your support will help to ensure that the Asia Triennial Manchester 2011 remains a regular event despite the current financial climate. The wealth of cultural diversity within Manchester and the North West is a great strength and the ATM sits at the heart of it – offering genuine opportunities for artists and audiences to interact, communicate and develop.
